The Parish of Ditchling, Streat and Westmeston is a classic example of a Saxon Sussex strip parish, straddling the South Downs and the Sussex Weald on the borders of East and West Sussex. Its centre is located seven miles north of Brighton.
Streat church is located off Streat Lane about one mile from the B2116.
