The Senior Choir sings at the weekly Eucharist and at Evensong on the first Sunday of every month. An anthem is usually sung at each of these services.
Nick Hancock is St Margaret's organist and choirmaster. Choir practice is on Thursdays, twice a month, from 6.15 pm to 7.15 pm. Please see the calendar for the next practices.
The choir has also sung at other special services and events, most notably the following in recent years:
- 26 June 2011: Hurst Deanery Choral Evensong in St Margaret's, Ditchling. Choirs from churches in the Deanery sang Stanford's Magnificat & Nunc Dimittis in B flat and Wood's anthem O Thou the Central Orb.
- 14 May 2011: RSCM Festival, Chichester Cathedral.
- 10 April 2011: Arthur Somervell - The Passion of Christ (with Hurstpierpoint Choir).
- 27 February 2011: Hurst Deanery Evensong, Henfield Church.
- 18 December 2010: Carol Service in St Margaret's with the Jubilee Choir.
- 8 May 2010: RSCM Festival, Chichester Cathedral.
- 17 October 2010: Hurst Deanery Choral Evensong in St Peter's, Cowfold.
- 18 October 2009, Hurst Deanery Choral Evensong in St Margaret's, Ditchling.
